Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
At Hygge Skin, we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. In order to accommodate all of our clients and keep appointments running smoothly, we ask that you please be aware of our cancellation policy:
1. 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% charge.
2. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment.
3. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the full service price.
4. Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. In the event of illness or other unavoidable situations, please contact us as soon as possible, and we may waive the fee at our discretion.
5. Confirmation: You will receive a reminder call, text, or email 48 hours before your appointment. Please confirm your attendance.
